Josh Adamson
Josh Adamson is an accomplished actor and director with a passion for bringing authenticity and presence to every stage he steps onto. He has performed in over 20 stage productions worldwide as well as in television and film, with multiple nominations and awards for his work. In addition to performing, Josh works with professionals across industries, helping them harness the tools of acting to communicate with confidence, clarity, and impact.

Laurie Baedke
Laurie K. Baedke is the founder and CEO of Growth Edge Leadership, an international keynote speaker, executive coach, and host of The Growth Edge podcast. She holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and is a board-certified fellow of ACHE and ACMPE, as well as a Gallup-certified Strengths Performance Coach. A published author, her books include The Emerging Healthcare Leader and Mentor Coach Lead to Peak Professional Performance. She lives near Omaha.

Jeff Bonnaud
Jeff Bonnaud is a Dermatology Physician Assistant at Metropolis Dermatology in Brentwood, CA. He specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, with an emphasis on inflammatory autoimmune diseases. He holds degrees from UCLA, Harvard, and Quinnipiac University's PA Program. After starting his career in internal medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Jeff has spent the past decade in dermatology. He also participates in clinical research and pharmaceutical education.

Dr. Jason Castillo
Dr. Jason Castillo is a Mohs surgeon and Physician Lead of Mohs at Southern California Permanente Medical Group in Irvine. He earned his MD from UCSF, completed his residency as chief at Harbor-UCLA, and finished a fellowship at Mayo Clinic. He is the Specialty Director of Dermatology at the Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine and volunteer Director of Dermatologic Surgery Education at Harbor-UCLA. Dr. Castillo also serves on the Board of Directors and as Legislative Co-Chair for CalDerm.

Nana Danso
Nana Danso is the Vice President of the U.S. Dermatology Franchise at Pfizer, leading strategies focused on health equity. With over 25 years of cross-industry experience, including two decades in biopharma, he has held senior roles across Pfizer's dermatology and rheumatology divisions. Outside of healthcare, Nana is an award-winning motivational speaker, magician, and author of Real Magic. He holds an MBA from Yale and a BA from Wesleyan, and lives in New Haven with his family.

Dr. Steve Daveluy
Dr. Daveluy is a professor and program director at Wayne State University, where he also completed medical school and his dermatology residency. He specializes in complex medical dermatology, hidradenitis suppurativa, and integrative dermatology. He is a past president of the Michigan Dermatological Society, serves on the HS Foundation board, and is Co-Chief Editor of the *Journal of Integrative Dermatology*. He lives in Windsor, Ontario, with his husband and two dogs.

Dr. Manju Dawkins
Dr. Manju Dawkins is a board-certified dermatologist who earned her M.D. from the University of Maryland and completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. A former Assistant Professor at Mount Sinai, she has practiced in New York and Los Angeles. Dr. Dawkins is the co-founder of Thimble Health, an award-winning system designed to alleviate needle pain and stress. She is also a founding board member of the SKIN Angels investment network.

Dr. Kristina Callis Duffin
Kristina Callis Duffin, MD, MS, is Dean of the Spencer Fox Eccles School of Medicine and a Dermatology Professor at the University of Utah. An internationally recognized psoriasis expert, she has been on the university's faculty for 20 years. Prior to becoming Dean in 2025, Dr. Duffin served as the Department Chair of Dermatology for eight years. She also completed her residency at the university in 2005.

Dr. Buu Duong
Dr. Duong is the President and Co-founder of Stratum Biosciences, an AI-driven skin biotech company. Previously, he served as Managing Partner and Medical Director at Dermatopathology Associates, advancing digital pathology in the Southeast. He is also a founding Director of Skin Angels, a dermatology investment network, and an award-winning clinical instructor in Dermatology and Pathology at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Dr. Adam Friedman
Dr. Adam Friedman is Professor and Chair of Dermatology at The George Washington University, where he directs the Residency Program and Translational Research. He has published over 350 papers and three textbooks, with an emphasis on emerging therapies and inclusive care. Committed to medical education and leadership, Dr. Friedman serves as senior editor of *Dermatology In-Review*, President of HS Connect, and Chair of two American Academy of Dermatology task forces.

Dr. Ross Levy
Dr. Ross Levy is the co-Director of Dermatologic Surgery at Endeavor Health and is double board-certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. He completed his residency at Northwestern University and a Mohs surgery fellowship. Specialized in Mohs, laser, and cosmetic procedures, Dr. Levy is also the co-founder of AbridgeRx and a founding Board Member of the SKIN Angels network. He has also served as a board member for the AAAHC.

Dr. Peter Lio
Dr. Peter Lio is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology & Pediatrics at Northwestern University. He completed his medical degree and dermatology residency at Harvard, where he also received formal training in acupuncture. He is the founding director of the Chicago Integrative Eczema Center, a founding faculty member of the Integrative Dermatology Certificate Program, and a founding member of the SKIN Angels network. Dr. Lio has authored over 400 publications and five textbooks.

Nita Nautiyal
Nita Nautiyal is a business leader specializing in project development, capital investment decision-making, and leadership in complex environments. She has over 30 years of experience across public policy, consulting, and business, including 25 years at a Fortune 50 company in finance and strategy roles. Nita holds degrees in economics, political science, and an MBA in finance. Her work focuses on leadership development, team dynamics, and building strong networks of support.

Dr. Wallace Nozile
Dr. Wallace Nozile is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon specializing in medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Nozile focuses on acne, pigmentary disorders, and skin cancer treatment using tissue-sparing Mohs surgery. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and creating music.

Dr. Ranna Parekh
Dr. Ranna Parekh, MD, MPH, is the VP of Workforce Communities and Connections at UT MD Anderson. A psychiatrist with 20+ years of clinical experience, she has spent 14 years leading DEI initiatives. She previously served as Chief Diversity Officer at the American College of Cardiology and Deputy Medical Director at the American Psychiatric Association. An author and editor of multiple textbooks on cultural sensitivity, Dr. Parekh holds degrees from Harvard and Wayne State University.

Dr. Ross Lane Pearlman
Dr. Pearlman is a board-certified dermatologist, founding Chairman of Skin Angels, and CEO and co-founder of Stratum Biosciences, an AI-driven techbio startup. He completed a cosmetic and surgical dermatology fellowship at Northwestern University. The author of over 40 publications, he won the 2021 ADA Resident Research Award for data registry integration. Dr. Pearlman also helped rebuild the AAD’s big-data platform and led a team automating prior drug authorizations.

Dr. Dustin Portela
Dr. Dustin Portela is a board-certified dermatologist and Idaho native based in Boise. He earned his medical degree from Des Moines University and completed his dermatology residency at Beaumont Trenton Hospital. In 2018, he founded Treasure Valley Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center, serving both adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Portela also established a mobile clinic providing free care to the underserved and educates over 4 million followers across his social media platforms.

Dr. Radhika Shah
Dr. Radhika Shah is a board-certified dermatologist who earned her PharmD from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and her MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. She completed her residency as chief resident at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center. Currently at Schweiger Dermatology, she specializes in inflammatory skin diseases. Dr. Shah is also an investigator at Empire Clinical Research, conducting clinical trials, and serves as an HS specialist with the Hidradenitis Foundation.

Dr. Lisa Swanson
Dr. Lisa Swanson is a board-certified dermatologist and pediatric dermatologist. In 2020, after 10 years practicing in Colorado, she moved to Boise to become Idaho’s first and only pediatric dermatologist. She treats patients at Ada West Dermatology and St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital, and frequently lectures at national medical conferences. In her spare time, she enjoys watching television with her boyfriend Larry and cuddling with her dogs, Mosby and Maggie.
